Explore the seasonality of breath with certified practitioner Sarah Hutcherson of Slo Breathworks to welcome in Spring in the beautiful Saratoga Spa State Park. Workshop includes the history and health benefits of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, led by Reiki Master and forest bathing practitioner Molly Brindle of Life Clarity LLC. Attendees will enjoy tea and scones at the Wellness Center, 37 Roosevelt Drive, Saratoga Springs, and will have the opportunity to formulate their own forest bathing practice based on what they learn.
